GLOW 27

Bring your unit to Girlguiding South West England's All Section Large Scale Activity Day!

GLOW 27 will have activities suitable for all sections, including some to celebrate the Rainbow's 40th birthday and some for older Guides and Rangers.

There will be over 70 different activities on offer during the day, so there will be something for everyone! These will include but not limited to; Inflatables, Football, Storytelling, Music, drumming, climbing.

Venue: Foxlease Park, Clay Hill, Lyndhurst, SO43 7D

Time: 10am - 6pm

Costs

£20 per young member

2 adults per unit booking £10 each, additional adults £20 each.

£10 per person deposit required at time of booking. An invoice will be sent to you shortly after booking detailing the breakdown of fees. No changes to booking numbers after 31 January 2027. Final balance due 1 March 2027.

Badges available at £1 each. 

Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. 

Camping will only be available for those that are travelling from the Islands or further afield.

Accessibility Information

• This event will be nut free so please ensure that you do not bring any nuts with you.
• This event will be fragrance free, so we politely ask that you do not wear any perfume.
• Carers are very welcome to attend and will be provided for. Please let us know when booking that you will be bringing a carer and any adjustments and support you require from us.
• When you book you will have the option of entering your pronoun. 
• Please be aware that there may be flash photography at the event. Please let us know when you book if this will cause you a problem.
• Finances should never be a barrier to taking part in Girlguiding events and activities. Please check with your unit, district, division, and county/island to see if they can offer any financial help.

Transport Information

Due to capacity, there is NO PARKING at Foxlease Park. All units will need to either walk to the site or arrive by coach.

Those arriving by coach will initially need to park at The New Forest Park, Brokenhurst, before being instructed to drive to Foxlease Park to alight. Coaches will need to find alternative parking off site during the day.

Those arriving by car will need to find local parking in Lyndhurst and walk to Foxlease Park.
